You have an advanced project of a contract abroad.
Two options are available to you:

A - You have, internally, an employee who is fit and ready to carry out this mission, but you have no experience in expatriation and you do not want to take the risk of making mistakes.
Expat-Alliance helps you put in place the employment contract that will guarantee you, as well as your employee, and will detail all aspects to take into account:
▪Mandatory legal clauses
▪Social optimization
▪Tax optimization
▪Optimization of remuneration
▪Legal provisions concerning immigration
▪Relocation
You can, also, temporarily detach your employee to Expat-Alliance who will offer an employment contract to your employee for the time of the mission and will take care of all aspects of the mission in collaboration with you.

B - You do not have an employee in-house who is capable of carrying out this mission or you do not wish to entrust this mission to one of your employees.
▪You know an expert to do this mission but you don't want to hire him. Expat-Alliance will hire him for the time of the mission under conditions negotiated with you.
▪You don't know an expert to do this mission. In addition to the services defined below, Expat-Alliance will be able to nominate candidates who can carry out this mission. This service is billed separately, according to a preliminary estimate.

OUR PRESTATIONS

Expat-Alliance performs the following services :
▪Writing and signing a porting agreement between the expert-employee and Expat-Alliance
▪Writing and signing the contract of service between the client and Expat-Alliance
▪Writing and signing the employment contract between the expert-employee and Expat-Alliance
▪Possible affiliation to the social organizations
▪Sending the time-sheet, signed by the client and by the expert-employee
▪Billing established by Expat-Alliance , holder of the benefit contract, according to the instructions of the expert-employee
▪Management of the outstanding clients
▪Edition of the pay slip
▪Payment of salary and payroll taxes

MANAGEMENT FEE

The "Salary Portage" is the optimal solution to all the difficulties associated with carrying out the consulting mission provided that the problem of management fees has been solved in a simple and efficient way.
The shipping costs represent the compensation of the time spent administering the mission:
▪Negotiating and drafting the service delivery contract with the client company
▪Writing the employment contract,
▪Registrations to the various social protection agencies and funds
▪Billing the customer and possible relaunches
▪Accounting, tax formalities and payments (VAT in particular) relating to the benefit contract
▪Establishing pay slips and social contribution slips
▪Wage and payroll payments
▪Possible e-mail address and business cards
Monthly management fees amount to 8% of the turnover charged, excluding living and travel expenses, up to a limit of € 500

In addition to the administration of the contract, Expat-Alliance provides advice and solutions:

▪Determination of tax status, calculation of theoretical taxes
These benefits are outsourced and billed in addition to management fees.

All situations are different, all the needs expressed are specific to each person and require individual treatment.
Expat-Alliance's response is tailored to each case, after a precise study, and takes into account, of course, the legal obligations in the country where the mission is to be carried out and international conventions and treaties (Community Regulation 1408/71, bilateral social security agreements...)
However Expat-Alliance imposes a mandatory minimum social protection covering work-related accidents, death and disability and repatriation assistance insurance, as well as unemployment in the case of a contract with our company based in France.
However, we take into account the various insurances to which the expert would have personally subscribed.
