SALARIAL PORTAGE

New form of atypical employment, wage portage is a tripartite contractual relationship, in which an independent expert benefits from an employment contract with a wage-carrying company to perform a benefit on behalf of a client company. The advantages of this form of employment are to
▪Reconciling independence with an employee status materialized by an employment contract adapting to the needs of the project and the expert
▪To devote himself fully to his project with administrative, social, accounting, tax (TVA) and legal support.

HOW IT WORKS

The hiring of the expert-employee is validated by an interview. Following this interview Expat-Alliance submits a draft employment contract as well as a salary simulation based on the billing expected by the expert.
The actual salary is determined by the actual monthly billing.
Expat-Alliance ensures affiliation with the various social agencies according to the needs of the expert and national and international regulations, the payment of salaries and the payment of payroll taxes.
The billing of the service and its recovery are provided by Expat-Alliance.

EXPAT-ALLIANCE SERVICES

Expat-Alliance PROVIDES supports the following operations:
▪Writing and signing the delivery contract between the client and Expat-Alliance
▪Writing and signing the employment contract between the expert and Expat-Alliance
▪Potential affiliations to social organizations
▪Receiving the time-sheet, signed by the client and by the expert-employee
▪Billing established by Expat-Alliance, holder of the service contract, according to the instructions of the expert-employee and detailed information of the time-sheet
▪Management of customer assets Edition of the pay slip ,
▪Payment of wages and payroll taxes

MANAGEMENT FEE

The "Salary Portage" is the optimal solution to all the difficulties associated with carrying out the consulting mission provided that the problem of management fees has been solved in a simple and efficient way. The shipping costs represent the compensation of the time spent administering the mission:
▪Negotiating and drafting the service delivery contract with the client company
▪Writing the employment contract,
▪Registrations to the various social protection agencies and funds
▪Billing the customer and possible relaunches
▪Accounting, tax formalities and payments (VAT in particular) relating to the benefit contract
▪Establishing pay slips and social contribution slips
▪Wage and payroll payments
▪Possible e-mail address and business cards
Monthly management fees amount to 8% of the turnover charged, excluding living and travel expenses, up to a limit of € 500.
